Relaxation Massage
What is Relaxation Massage?

Relaxation massage is a style of massage aimed at the uppermost layer of muscle in order to relieve tension and produce a calming effect on the body. As you build up tension in day to day life, relaxation massage helps you to feel lighter as well as less stressed. Relaxation massage is commonly a full body massage, however this is interchangeable if you find certain body areas more relaxing than others.

Deep Tissue Massage
What is Deep Tissue Massage?

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of tension. Deep Tissue Massage starts like relaxation massage with nice relaxing strokes, that then work deeper into the muscles to target Trigger points, also commonly known as knots, which cause many issues.
Deep Tissue Massage shouldn't hurt, however if you are used to relaxation massage then you will notice the pressure difference as the deeper layers of muscle are targeted. Deep tissue massage is great for maintenance in order to prevent your body from getting those sudden, intense aches and pains.

Remedial Massage
What is Remedial Massage?
Remedial Massage focusses on all of the muscles and soft tissue around a specific issue. Remedial Massage is great for issues like Range of Motion, as well as joint impingements and chronic pain. Remedial massage implements all styles of soft tissue treatment in order to give the best results in a short amount of time.
Remedial massage focusses on all trigger points and tension caused by an issue as your body compensates and creates more problems elsewhere in the body. Remedial Massage, like Deep Tissue, shouldn't hurt, however the longer a trigger point is left to grow, the more discomfort is felt at lighter pressures due to the nervous system being under tension and the longer it will take to release.

Myofascial Cupping
What is Myofascial Cupping?

Myofascial cupping works to stretch and separate the superficial and deep layers of soft tissue to allow room for blood flow and nerve release. Myofascial cupping helps to improve blood flow and soften tissue before massage allowing for better release results.
Myofascial cupping uses negative pressure in order to pull and stretch the tissue as opposed to compressing it, giving Myofascial cupping a different result to massage alone.
Dry Needling
What is Dry Needling?

Dry Needling, sometimes also referred to as acupuncture, is a technique where Acupuncture needles are inserted into the muscles in order to release tension deep inside the muscles that then allows for multiple areas to be treated at once with much less pressure and discomfort. Dry Needling has different levels of intensity which is always adjusted depending on the clients needs.
Dry Needling is a fantastic way to treat chronic issues and has been proven to give great results in a very short amount of time. Dry needling allows for release when compressive pressure through massage is proving extremely sensitive and difficult.
